Having completed every fromsoft souls like game on the hardest difficulty i can truthfully say this game is just too hard. It took way way too long for me to master each boss. Far far longer than bloodborn or darksouls and I think it's because the parry mechanic is inconsistent at best. The precise moment to get a deflection changes even for the same enemy's. Then I noticed that some enemy's will add attacks to thier combos if they are about to break your guard meaning if he normally does a 5 hit combo they will suddenly do 6 or 7 because the computer is telling them to break your stance. All in all it simply requires to much skill for the average player to compensate for. Most people are not like me and won't slame thier head into a wall for 8 hours until they perfect it. These games need a difficulty setting that effects parry timing and enemy reaction times some more than 15% of the players actually have a shot.

You probably already know that when wolf kills owl, he says, "Death of a Shadow," and the game is called Shadows Die Twice, but what you might not have noticed is that Owl actually does die twice. You actually kill him twice in the good ending. The same could be said about Genichiro and Ishin. Genichiro dies and is revived by the rejuvenating waters, and Ishin dies of his illness before being revived by his grandson. All three of their boss fights get inner versions as well

I don't know if you guys know this but I found out that if you go to the main hall at the senpou temple before you speak to kuro about immortal severence and the mortal blade in the ashina castle you can find the high priest there alive and you can even talk to him i don't remember what he says exactly but he says somthing about the childs of the rejuvenating waters or fake kuros as I'd like to call them

That first fact about Genichiro's head... WHY THEY HIDE THIS? THIS IS SOMETHING THAT ADDS TO THE STORY, SO WHY DON'T THEY SHOW IT?

Because they likely would've gotten a higher age rating in Japan. Affecting marketing and likely reducing the game's visibility and overall sales. Japan's Zero rating board for gaming content, takes beheading very seriously as there are some very direct references to Japan's history and the negative connotations related to killing someone by beheading them. From likely designed the scene first, and afterwards they either were advised to remove it by someone at Zero or they didn't wanted to take the risk so they cropped it out of frame before even sending the game to be rated.

12:55 Bro you don't understand how much you made me like Mist Raven now, I used it in practice with a 4 item prep with Ceremonial Tonto, Divine Confetti, Contact Medicine, and Yashariku's Spritfall with the final Mist Raven upgrade, it's not joke, I'm literally just Shura when I pop all that on a boss, no point in not using Yashariku's because I literally can't get hit even if I tried, and I just go through them lighting them up in flames while coming back behind them with a Divine sword, literally what can they do. I tried it on Owl and it literally brought him down to 1 hit before everything finally ran out, literally the best quick item ever, I actually crowned that combo the "Second Phase Killer" because of how low it gets them without them even touching you.

I think there was something up with that highest kill video. I tried to recreate that for an hour But everytime, even when I got the assasination the monkeys The game would just fade to black and repawn me back on the ledge like what happens if you fall off the map into an area that doesn't have a ground.
